Procedure

In the event of a complaint, Scanvogn's service department must always be contacted to ascertain whether it is a task that requires immediate help. The service department will then decide what will happen. In the event of a complaint, it is only Scanvogn that decides whether it is necessary to request prompt service assistance.

Please note that any repairs that are not approved by Scanvogn will not be covered by any warranties.

We offer repairs and inspections at our repair shop in nothern Denmark and in most cases at the customer's location as well at current service rates.
